The crew behind the spanner.
Boldtura Plumbing & Construction grew from a one-van operation in Sentul. Today we’re a small workshop of plumbers, waterproofing specialists and apprentices who answer to one foreman and to every homeowner we work for.
Where we work from
Sentul, Kuala Lumpur.
Our workshop sits on Lot 27 Jalan Sentul Pasar 4 — an industrial pocket between Jalan Ipoh and the Sentul KTM line. It’s a deliberately small footprint that holds the things we actually use every day: copper and PEX off the reel, PVC by the run, a half dozen waterproofing membranes, ladders, augers, CCTV gear and a jetting trailer.
Because the workshop is the dispatch point, every van leaves with the right parts already loaded for the day’s callouts. That’s why we don’t need to circle back to a hardware shop mid-job.
How we got here
A short timeline.
Founded
Started as a two-man emergency plumbing service operating out of a rented lock-up in Sentul Pasar.
Workshop opened
Took on the current Lot 27 unit and added a dedicated waterproofing crew during the rainy seasons.
CCTV & jetting
Invested in pipe inspection cameras and a 200-bar water jetter to clear blockages without chemicals.
Commercial unit
Started servicing F&B tenants and stratified buildings under standing maintenance contracts.

Most plumbing complaints I hear in Kuala Lumpur aren’t about price — they’re about ghosting. Crew shows up, patches, disappears, and three weeks later the leak is back. We built Boldtura around the opposite habit: we keep the job ticket open, follow up after the first heavy rain, and answer the WhatsApp when you reply.

Standards we hold ourselves to
Boring things, done properly.
Pressure-test every join
Whether it’s a single tap swap or a re-pipe of an entire bathroom — if water flows through it, we test it before we leave.
Photograph hidden work
Before walls and floors close up we photograph the pipe runs and send them to you. Useful five years from now.
Tidy departure
Tile dust hoovered, off-cuts cleared, packaging taken away. Your weekend doesn’t end with sweeping up after us.
Written warranty
Six months on small repairs, one year on installations, five years on waterproofing. Honoured without arguing.
One foreman, one job
The same person owns the work from first WhatsApp to final sign-off. No call-centre handoffs, no “new technician on Monday”.
Real prices
Quotes are fixed once signed. If we run into something extra, we stop and discuss before adding any cost.
Service area
Klang Valley, mostly Sentul-side first.
We don’t pretend we cover the whole country. Our typical day looks like a short loop from Sentul out to the surrounding KL neighbourhoods, with occasional trips into PJ and Subang. Building tenants in our maintenance contract list always get priority routing.
