Drain & pipe unblocking.

A slow drain or backed-up toilet usually isn’t a one-time problem — something in the pipe has gone wrong. We clear the line and tell you exactly what was in there, so you know what to avoid next time.

What we tackle

Clearance plus diagnosis, not a quick shove.

A lot of plumbing complaints in Klang Valley homes come back to the same culprits: hardened grease from kitchen waste, hair-and-soap balls in shower traps, sanitary products in floor traps, fine roots in old yard drainage and broken or collapsed joins outdoors. We’ve seen all of it — usually on camera before we’ve unspooled the auger.

  • Kitchen sink and basin clearance
  • Bathroom floor trap and shower drain clears
  • Toilet bowl, manifold and stack unblocking
  • Yard drain and gutter downspout clearance
  • Main soil and storm drain clears for landed homes
  • CCTV inspection & written report

Our kit

Mechanical, jetting and camera.

Mechanical augers

For sinks, basins and toilet bowls. Quick, no chemicals, and the operator can feel the blockage as they hit it.

200-bar water jetter

For main lines, yard drains and stubborn grease build-ups. Scours the pipe walls, doesn’t just punch a hole through the blockage.

CCTV inspection

40m camera with a recording head. We show you what’s actually in the pipe before and after the clear.

Indicative pricing

A rough idea before we visit.

Single drain clear

From RM 220 for a kitchen sink, basin or shower trap clear with mechanical auger.

Main line jet

From RM 580 for a yard or main sewer line clearance with water jetting and a sanity check on the gradient.

CCTV survey

RM 380 stand-alone or RM 180 added on after a clearance. Includes a written report with timestamps.

All quotes are confirmed on site after we see the pipe layout. We don’t mark up for difficult access without warning you first.

FAQ

What people ask about blocked drains.

My drain keeps blocking. Is the pipe broken?
Not always. Repeated blockages can mean a build-up that’s never been fully scoured, a slope problem in the pipe, or roots growing in at a joint. A CCTV inspection tells the difference in 20 minutes.
Can you clear a drain without breaking tiles?
In almost all cases, yes. We access through the existing trap, manhole or rodding eye. Tile breakage is a last resort when the pipe has collapsed underneath.
Will using drain chemicals damage the pipe?
If used repeatedly, caustic drain chemicals can degrade older PVC joints and rust metal traps. We’d rather you call us first — mechanical clearance is gentler on the system.

Slow drain back again?

Let’s catch it before it turns into a flood. Send a short video of the water level over WhatsApp and we’ll plan the clearance.
