Maintenance contracts

Quarterly visits, priority response.

A maintenance contract gets you a quarterly walkthrough (with a written report), priority dispatch on emergencies and a discounted hourly rate on additional works. We typically scope these for property owners with three or more units, F&B tenants and strata building management offices.

Lite plan

Two scheduled inspections per year, photo-documented. Suits a single retail unit or small F&B.

Standard plan

Quarterly inspections, priority dispatch within 4 working hours, discounted hourly. Suits multi-unit landlords.

Building plan

Monthly walkthroughs of common-area plumbing, on-call response for residents, annual budget report. Suits strata management.

Can you handle a same-night grease trap pump-out?
Yes, with notice. F&B grease trap servicing is best done after kitchen close. We can usually have a tanker arranged for the same night if you ping us by 4pm.
Will you coordinate with our building’s management office?
Always. We complete the permit-to-work paperwork, attend any pre-work meetings, and provide the security pass list for our technicians. Helps if you put us in touch with the building manager early.
Do you do design-build for new commercial fit-outs?
For straightforward F&B and retail fit-outs, yes — we’ll work from the architect’s drawings and produce shop drawings for the wet trades. Larger projects we partner with consultant engineers.
