Quarterly visits, priority response.
A maintenance contract gets you a quarterly walkthrough (with a written report), priority dispatch on emergencies and a discounted hourly rate on additional works. We typically scope these for property owners with three or more units, F&B tenants and strata building management offices.
Lite plan
Two scheduled inspections per year, photo-documented. Suits a single retail unit or small F&B.
Standard plan
Quarterly inspections, priority dispatch within 4 working hours, discounted hourly. Suits multi-unit landlords.
Building plan
Monthly walkthroughs of common-area plumbing, on-call response for residents, annual budget report. Suits strata management.
