How a fitting day runs
A neat install, in writing.
Pre-install check
We confirm wall and floor outlet positions, verify the fixture you bought fits the rough-in, and flag any tile cutting needed in advance.
Protect & install
Tiles, paint and adjacent fittings get covered. We work clean and we lay the fixture true to wall.
Test & document
Every join pressure-tested, the silicone given proper cure time, and a photograph of the connections sent to you for your file.
A note on warranty
Bring the box, we’ll fit it right.
Manufacturers often void warranty if their fixture is installed by a non-authorised plumber — or just incorrectly. We follow the install card that comes in the box, document the torque settings on heaters, and keep your warranty intact. If you’ve bought a Grohe, Hansgrohe, Toto, Roca, Joven, Rheem, Ariston or Panasonic unit, we’ve fitted plenty.
