Roof leakage & waterproofing.
Most of the roof leaks we’re called for in Kuala Lumpur weren’t fixed properly the first time. Membrane was rolled over a damp patch, the wrong primer used, or the real entry point was three metres away from the stain. We start every job with diagnosis.
What this covers
From a single roof stain to a full membrane.
We don’t sell one membrane brand for every job. After tracing the leak, we recommend the right system — polyurethane for flat exposed roofs that flex with thermal movement, acrylic for pitched and terrace floors with foot traffic, cementitious crystalline for bathroom slabs and planter boxes.
- Terrace and flat roof leakage diagnosis
- Balcony and planter box waterproofing
- Bathroom slab and shower screed re-waterproofing
- Parapet wall crack repair and re-flashing
- Roof gutter, downspout and box gutter overhauls
- Metal roof sealing and skylight re-bedding
How we trace a leak
A diagnostic morning, not a guess.
Inspect inside
We map the stain on the ceiling, look for halo patterns and check humidity levels around the leak.
Walk the roof
On the roof above the stain we check membrane integrity, parapet flashings, gutter slope and any old patches.
Confirm the path
A controlled hose test isolates where water actually enters. Only then do we recommend the membrane spec.
Membrane systems we use
Right product for the surface.
Polyurethane (PU)
Flexible, UV-stable, ideal for exposed flat roofs and balconies. Two-coat application on a primed surface.
Acrylic
Water-based, good for terraces with foot traffic. Cures fast between rain showers — useful during inter-monsoon weeks.
Cementitious crystalline
For bathroom slabs, planter boxes and tanks. Embeds into the concrete and self-heals hairline cracks.

Send us a photo of the stain plus a photo of the roof above it. We’ll tell you what we’d look at first and whether it’s a roof or a balcony issue.
