When you call us
We isolate the water before anything else.
The first thing a Boldtura technician does on site is shut off the right valve so the leak can’t do any more damage. Then we trace it, dry the area, and start the actual repair. That sequence matters — if a leak runs unchecked for ten more minutes it can damage twice as much plaster.

- Toilet leaks, ghost flushing, running cistern fixes

What to do before we arrive
Three quick steps that help.
Shut the main
Find your unit’s main water valve (usually near the meter cupboard) and close it clockwise.
Towel the room
Push towels against doorways and skirting so water doesn’t reach neighbouring rooms or units below.
Photograph it
WhatsApp a photo of the leak before you start mopping. Helps us pre-stage the right fittings on the van.
