Emergency plumbing repairs.

When water’s coming out of the wrong place, you need a plumber who can be there fast and bring the right parts. Boldtura runs a same-day emergency line across Klang Valley with a 90-minute median response.

When you call us

We isolate the water before anything else.

The first thing a Boldtura technician does on site is shut off the right valve so the leak can’t do any more damage. Then we trace it, dry the area, and start the actual repair. That sequence matters — if a leak runs unchecked for ten more minutes it can damage twice as much plaster.

  • Burst copper, PVC and PEX pipe repairs
  • Failed instant and storage water heater replacements
  • Toilet leaks, ghost flushing, running cistern fixes
  • Tap, mixer and angle valve replacements
  • Floor trap and drain trap blockages
  • Hidden slab leaks identified with acoustic and thermal kit

What to do before we arrive

Three quick steps that help.

01

Shut the main

Find your unit’s main water valve (usually near the meter cupboard) and close it clockwise.

02

Towel the room

Push towels against doorways and skirting so water doesn’t reach neighbouring rooms or units below.

03

Photograph it

WhatsApp a photo of the leak before you start mopping. Helps us pre-stage the right fittings on the van.

FAQ

Quick answers.

What counts as an emergency?
Anything actively leaking, anything that means you can’t use water at home (no flow, no hot water, no toilet), and anything dripping into a unit below yours.
Do you charge extra for late nights?
Yes — an after-hours surcharge applies from 8pm to 7am, and on Sundays/public holidays. We tell you the rate when you call so there’s no surprise on the invoice.
Can you handle high-rise emergencies?
Yes. We have current building works insurance and can usually clear security checks fast if the management office is reachable. Helps if you ping the building office while you wait for us.
