How quickly can a plumber from Boldtura come out?
For burst pipes, water heater failures and major leaks across central Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya we aim to be on site within 90 minutes, day or night. For non-emergency jobs we usually book the next working day.
Do you give a price before starting work?
Yes. After a quick on-site assessment our technician explains what is needed and writes up a fixed quote. No work begins until you sign it off. If we find anything unexpected mid-job, we stop and re-quote rather than tally surprises at the end.
Which areas in Klang Valley do you cover?
We routinely service Sentul, Kepong, Wangsa Maju, Setapak, Mont Kiara, Bangsar, KL City, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Damansara and parts of Cheras. Klang and Shah Alam available on a slightly longer arrival window.
Are your plumbers SPAN-registered?
Our team includes SPAN-registered plumbers for regulated works such as new connections, water meter swaps and grease trap sign-offs. Certificates are available to the building management on request.
How long does roof waterproofing last?
A properly prepared polyurethane or acrylic membrane should last 7-10 years under Malaysian sun and monsoon rain. We back our membrane work with a written five-year workmanship warranty.
Can you handle stratified condo plumbing?
Yes. We coordinate with building management for shut-off scheduling, riser access and security clearance for high-rise units across KL and PJ. We have current insurance and indemnity paperwork ready to submit.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance contracts?
Yes, for commercial tenants and landlords with multiple properties. The contract covers quarterly inspections, priority dispatch and discounted hourly rates. Speak to the foreman for a tailored scope.
